Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret large sets of data to identify trends and opportunities for business improvement.
- Design and maintain complex dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define questions that can be answered with data.
- Perform statistical analysis and data mining to support business decisions.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all reporting platforms.
- Present findings and actionable insights to executive leadership in a clear, compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying relational databases.
- Experience with visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker) is required.
- Proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to translate technical findings for non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
