Responsibilities
- Transform raw datasets into clear, actionable business insights through advanced statistical analysis.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and operations teams to identify trends and optimize processes.
- Perform data cleansing, validation, and warehousing to ensure 99.9% data accuracy.
- Create comprehensive weekly and monthly reports for executive leadership.
- Utilize Python and SQL to automate reporting processes and increase efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence.
- Proficiency in SQL for complex query writing and data extraction.
- Strong working knowledge of Python or R for data manipulation.
- Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into non-technical business language.
