Responsibilities
- Design and implement data collection systems and infrastructure to optimize data accuracy and accessibility
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities using SQL, Python, and visualization tools
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI to support strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions
- Develop automated data pipelines and maintain data quality frameworks
- Present findings to stakeholders through clear, compelling data narratives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with proven expertise in SQL and Python
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js)
- Strong statistical analysis skills and experience with A/B testing methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
