Role Overview
As a Data Analyst, you will act as the bridge between raw data and strategic decision-making. You will be responsible for uncovering trends, creating visualizations, and providing actionable recommendations to drive growth.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret complex datasets from multiple sources to identify key trends and patterns.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker) to visualize KPIs.
- Perform statistical analysis and modeling to support business strategy and operational improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and reporting needs.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all database systems.
- Prepare clear, concise reports and presentations for executive leadership.
- Automate manual reporting processes to increase team efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (Querying, Joins, Stored Procedures).
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Qlik).
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
