Responsibilities
- Analyze Complex Datasets: Extract, clean, and interpret large sets of data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Statistical Modeling: Apply statistical methods and modeling techniques to support business decision-making and forecasting.
- Data Integrity: Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across all reporting platforms.
- Stakeholder Reporting: Present findings and recommendations to management and non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize data workflows and reporting processes for greater efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (Querying & Database Management) and strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Visualization Tools: Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Google Data Studio.
- Programming: Basic to intermediate knowledge of Python or R is highly preferred.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate data into business value.
