Responsibilities
- Perform Advanced Data Analysis: Utilize SQL, Python, and R to extract, clean, and analyze massive datasets to identify key trends and performance indicators.
- Design Interactive Dashboards: Create and maintain compelling visualizations using Tableau or PowerBI to track KPIs and communicate complex data stories to non-technical audiences.
- Ensure Data Quality: Develop and implement data governance protocols to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting systems.
- Statistical Modeling: Build regression models and conduct A/B testing to forecast market trends and optimize business strategies.
- Collaborative Problem Solving: Work closely with marketing, finance, and operations teams to define metrics, solve business problems, and drive process improvements.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of SQL (complex queries, stored procedures) and Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
- Visualization Expertise: Demonstrated experience creating dashboards in Tableau or PowerBI.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings into actionable business insights.
