Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Conduct advanced statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within the data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to define data requirements and reporting needs.
- Create comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings and strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Automate data pipelines and scripts using Python or SQL to reduce manual workload and increase efficiency.
- Monitor data quality metrics and implement processes to continuously improve data governance standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and database management.
- Strong proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience creating visualizations using Tableau or PowerBI.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a strong focus on accuracy and problem-solving.
