Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business optimization.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools to communicate key metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical data solutions.
- Write complex SQL queries and scripts to manipulate and query databases efficiently.
- Perform statistical analysis and forecasting to support strategic planning and budgeting.
- Maintain data quality standards and ensure data integrity across all reporting systems.
- Present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server) is required.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence decisions through data.
