Responsibilities
- Extract & Transform Data: Gather, clean, and manipulate large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Dashboard Creation: Develop interactive visualizations and dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to monitor KPIs and performance metrics.
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within complex data sets.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive reports for stakeholders, translating technical findings into clear, actionable business recommendations.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with management to identify operational bottlenecks and suggest data-driven solutions.
- Data Governance: Ensure all data processes comply with company policies and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (Advanced), Python (Pandas, NumPy), and Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Visualization: Experience creating dashboards in Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles.
