Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and Tableau to identify trends and opportunities
- Build automated dashboards for real-time performance monitoring
- Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs and reporting frameworks
- Present insights to executive leadership through data-driven storytelling
- Optimize data pipelines for efficiency and accuracy
- Conduct A/B tests to validate business hypotheses
- Document methodologies and maintain data governance standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and visualization tools
- Strong statistical knowledge with experimental design experience
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) preferred
- Proven ability to translate technical insights for non-technical audiences
- Certification in Tableau or Google Analytics a plus
