Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, integrate, and clean large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Statistical Analysis: Perform advanced statistical analysis and forecasting to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders, translating technical findings into business recommendations.
- Process Improvement: Identify gaps in current reporting processes and implement automated solutions to improve efficiency.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL), Python (Pandas/NumPy), and data visualization tools.
- Tools: Strong working knowledge of Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
