Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and visualization tools to identify trends and opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and KPIs
- Develop data-driven recommendations to optimize marketing campaigns and operational efficiency
- Ensure data integrity through rigorous quality checks and documentation
- Present findings to executive leadership through clear, concise visualizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL and Python
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Strong statistical analysis and problem-solving skills
- Experience with daily pay contract arrangements preferred
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical insights for non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating complex data projects required
