Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate data sets to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key metrics for stakeholders.
- Perform complex data modeling and statistical analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Create comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings to executive leadership.
- Automate data pipelines to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets.
- Expert knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and data visualization tools.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
