Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Cleaning: Collect, process, and clean large datasets to ensure accuracy and reliability for analysis.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and develop interactive dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for executive reporting.
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct advanced statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within business operations.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and translate complex findings into clear, concise business recommendations.
- Report Generation: Produce regular and ad-hoc reports that support strategic planning and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (Advanced), Python or R, and Excel.
- Visualization: Expert-level experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
