Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across 500+ employee devices
- Provide Tier 1 support via ticketing system, phone, and in-person assistance
- Deploy and configure Windows/macOS workstations and mobile devices
- Document procedures and knowledge base articles for team reference
- Collaborate with network and security teams on escalated issues
- Participate in quarterly technology refresh projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; CompTIA A+ certification preferred
- Basic understanding of Windows/macOS, networking, and cloud services
- Customer service experience with proven problem-solving abilities
- Strong written communication for documentation and ticket management
- Ability to lift 30lbs for equipment deployment tasks
- Valid driver's license for occasional off-site support
- Willingness to obtain CompTIA Network+ within 12 months
