Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Transformation: Extract, clean, and transform large datasets from multiple sources using SQL and Python to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Advanced Reporting: Design and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau, Power BI) that provide real-time visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization within our operational workflows.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to define data requirements and translate business questions into technical analysis plans.
- Automated Solutions: Develop and implement automated scripts to streamline data reporting processes and reduce manual effort.
- Data Governance: Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and maintain robust documentation for all analytical processes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of SQL for database querying; proven experience with visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Programming: Familiarity with programming languages like Python or R for data manipulation and advanced analytics.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
- Relocation Eligibility: Must be willing to relocate to Atlanta, Georgia.
