Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Excel, and BI tools to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for stakeholder reporting
- Clean, validate, and preprocess large datasets ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into data solutions
- Present findings through clear, compelling reports and presentations to executive leadership
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to track business objectives
- Optimize data collection processes to improve efficiency and data quality
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven portfolio
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one visualization tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical analysis and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with A/B testing and experimental design
- Proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
