Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical methods to identify trends and patterns
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Develop data collection systems and optimize data quality through rigorous validation processes
- Collaborate with product teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Present findings to leadership through compelling visualizations and clear narratives
- Implement A/B testing frameworks to drive product optimization decisions
- Maintain documentation of data models, ETL processes, and analytical methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL and Python
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent)
- Strong statistical analysis skills and experience with hypothesis testing
- Experience working with large datasets (100M+ rows) in cloud environments
- Proficiency in Excel with advanced functions and pivot tables
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical insights for non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating previous data-driven projects and outcomes
