Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling to identify business opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Develop automated data pipelines to ensure accuracy and accessibility of analytics
- Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to guide product development
- Present data-driven recommendations to leadership teams with clear visual storytelling
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve data infrastructure and quality
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL and Python
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical knowledge and experimental design capabilities
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and ETL processes
- Excellent communication skills translating technical insights to non-technical audiences
- Certification in data analytics (e.g., Google Data Analytics, Tableau Desktop Specialist)
