Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans for complex web/mobile applications
- Lead automation framework development using Selenium/Cypress
- Implement performance and security testing protocols
- Collaborate with Agile teams to define quality metrics
- Document test cases and defects in JIRA/TestRail
- Mentor junior QA engineers on best practices
- Champion continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
Qualifications
- 5+ years of QA experience with SaaS applications
- Expert in automation testing (Selenium, Cypress, Appium)
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab)
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Certified Scrum Master or similar Agile certification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven track record in fintech or regulated industries
