Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases for web/mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA and test management tools
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve issues
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives
- Conduct regression testing and smoke tests for new releases
- Develop and maintain comprehensive test documentation
- Analyze test results to provide actionable quality insights
Qualifications
- 2+ years of QA/testing experience in software development
- Proficiency with manual testing methodologies and tools
- Familiarity with automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright)
- Experience with bug tracking systems (JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Knowledge of agile/scrum development processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- ISTQB/CSQA certification preferred
