Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and usability testing
- Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems ensuring consistency across web, mobile, and emerging platforms
- Conduct user interviews, persona development, and competitive analysis to inform design strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing) to align design with business objectives
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews, design critiques, and skill-building workshops
- Present design rationale to executive stakeholders using data-driven insights and user-centered storytelling
- Stay current with design trends and emerging technologies through continuous learning and knowledge sharing
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with portfolio demonstrating complex B2B SaaS solutions
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools with strong visual design sensibility
- Proven experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating insights into actionable design
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and responsive design principles
- Experience mentoring design teams and establishing design processes in agile environments
- Ability to articulate design decisions through user stories, journey maps, and data visualization
- Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
