Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling techniques to identify trends and opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Develop automated reporting pipelines to monitor KPIs and business metrics
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to optimize campaigns through data-driven recommendations
- Present findings to leadership through compelling narratives and data-driven storytelling
- Ensure data integrity and implement quality control measures across analytics processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence role
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical knowledge with experience in A/B testing and hypothesis validation
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and ETL processes
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
