Responsibilities
- Analyze large-scale datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling techniques to identify trends and anomalies
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI to communicate insights to stakeholders
- Develop automated reporting pipelines to monitor key performance indicators across client projects
- Collaborate with business units to define data requirements and translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support strategic decision-making for maritime logistics and energy sector clients
- Maintain data quality standards through validation protocols and documentation best practices
- Present findings to executive leadership through compelling data narratives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL proficiency
- Advanced knowledge of Python (Pandas, NumPy) and R for statistical analysis
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and big data technologies
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate technical findings into strategic insights
- Certifications in data analytics or related fields preferred
