In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex data and strategic decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, perform deep-dive analysis, and visualize data trends that drive our business growth.
Responsibilities
- Perform Data Cleaning & Preparation: Extract, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Advanced Analytics: Utilize SQL, Python, or R to perform statistical analysis and identify trends, patterns, and correlations that impact business KPIs.
- Visualization & Reporting: Create interactive dashboards and compelling visual reports using Tableau or Power BI to communicate insights to stakeholders clearly.
- Forecasting & Modeling: Develop predictive models to forecast market trends, customer behavior, and operational efficiency.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineering teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of data pipelines, methodologies, and analysis results to ensure transparency and repeatability.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-5 years of proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (advanced queries, joins), Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Excel Skills: Strong command of advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot data issues and derive actionable insights from unstructured data.
