Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated reporting dashboards using SQL, Python, and Tableau
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization
- Create comprehensive data visualizations and presentations for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with product teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Implement data validation protocols to ensure accuracy and integrity of analytics
- Support A/B testing initiatives and provide statistical recommendations
- Document data processes and maintain analytics infrastructure
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL proficiency
- Advanced skills in Excel and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R for statistical analysis
- Strong understanding of statistical methodologies and experimental design
- Proven ability to translate technical findings into business recommendations
- Certification in data analytics or business intelligence (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to non-technical audiences
