- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key business metrics and reporting needs.
- Build and maintain SQL databases, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Prepare clear, concise reports and presentations for stakeholders at all levels.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for process improvement through deep data analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating data.
- Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Macros.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical audiences.
