Responsibilities
- Design and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
- Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems
- Interpret data using statistical techniques to identify trends and patterns
- Prepare reports for executive leadership and stakeholders to inform strategic decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and deliver data solutions
- Develop automated reporting tools and dashboards using SQL, Python, and Tableau
- Ensure data integrity through rigorous validation and cleaning processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical knowledge and experience with A/B testing methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Experience working with large datasets and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders
