Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver high-quality code
- Optimize application performance and implement robust security measures
- Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement processes
- Troubleshoot complex issues and implement effective debugging solutions
- Document code and create technical specifications for new features
- Mentor junior developers through pair programming and code reviews
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional software development experience
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and at least one backend language (Python, Java, or C#)
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD pipelines
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Ability to deliver results in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
