Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems supporting high-traffic enterprise applications
- Collaborate with global teams via agile methodologies to deliver mission-critical software solutions
- Implement automated monitoring and incident response protocols for production systems
- Optimize database performance and API architecture for 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers during night shift rotations

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience (5+ years)
