Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced threat detection systems using SIEM tools and AI-driven analytics
- Conduct penetration testing and vulnerability assessments on complex networks
- Lead incident response protocols for security breaches and cyber attacks
- Develop zero-trust architecture frameworks for multi-cloud environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance DevSecOps pipelines
- Maintain compliance with NIST, ISO 27001, and GDPR standards
- Mentor junior security analysts and conduct security awareness training
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in cybersecurity with focus on threat intelligence and incident response
- Certifications: CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+ (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- Expertise in network security, encryption, and cloud security (AWS/Azure)
- Proficiency in scripting (Python, PowerShell) and security automation tools
- Experience with vulnerability management platforms (Qualys, Nessus)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate complex threats to stakeholders
