Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and advanced statistical methods to identify trends and opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Develop predictive models to forecast business outcomes and support strategic decisions
- Present findings to leadership through compelling data narratives and executive summaries
- Maintain data integrity across systems and implement quality control protocols
- mentor junior analysts and contribute to analytics best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with proven track record in tech industry
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical knowledge with experience in A/B testing and experimental design
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and big data technologies (Spark/Hadoop)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Certifications in Tableau, AWS, or Google Analytics preferred
