Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust network security protocols across cloud/on-premise infrastructure
- Lead incident response procedures for security breaches and cyber threats
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Develop security awareness training programs for employees
- Monitor SIEM platforms and analyze security alerts
- Ensure compliance with NIST, ISO 27001, and industry regulations
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to embed security in CI/CD pipelines
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in cybersecurity roles with hands-on incident response experience
- Certifications: CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+ required
