Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security alerts using SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar)
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Respond to security incidents and coordinate remediation
- Implement and maintain firewalls, IDS/IPS, and endpoint security
- Document security policies and compliance reports (NIST, ISO 27001)
- Collaborate with IT teams to harden network infrastructure
- Perform forensic investigations on security breaches
Qualifications
- 3+ years in cybersecurity (SIEM, incident response, or cloud security)
- Active CISSP, Security+, or CEH certification required
- Proficiency in threat intelligence platforms (Mandiant, Recorded Future)
- Experience with AWS/Azure security services or GCP security tools
- Knowledge of HIPAA/GDPR compliance frameworks
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or related field
