Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to security incidents during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on client networks
- Analyze SIEM alerts and correlate threat intelligence data
- Implement firewall configurations and IDS/IPS rules
- Document security incidents and maintain compliance logs
- Collaborate with day-shift analysts for seamless security operations
- Participate in rotating on-call duty for critical incidents
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on security operations experience
- CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+ certification required
- Proficiency in SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar)
- Strong knowledge of network protocols and cloud security
- Experience with incident response and forensic analysis
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
- Valid driver's license for occasional client site visits
