Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily security operations center (SOC) and monitor security alerts using SIEM tools.
- Conduct rigorous vulnerability assessments and risk analysis to identify system weaknesses.
- Lead incident response investigations and remediation efforts for security breaches.
- Develop and enforce robust cybersecurity policies and compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001).
- Collaborate with software engineering teams to integrate security best practices into the SDLC.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, preferably within a high-tech environment.
- Active certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are highly preferred.
- Deep knowledge of network protocols, firewalls, and endpoint protection solutions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
