Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to security incidents using SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar)
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Develop and implement security controls for network infrastructure
- Collaborate with IT teams on security policy compliance (NIST, ISO 27001)
- Lead incident response coordination during security breaches
- Generate executive-level security threat intelligence reports
- Manage cloud security configurations (AWS/Azure security)
Qualifications
- 5+ years cybersecurity experience with SOC/IR background
- Active CISSP, CEH, or Security+ certification required
- Expertise in threat detection tools (CrowdStrike, Palo Alto)
- Hands-on experience with EDR/XDR platforms
- Strong understanding of network protocols and firewalls
- Incident response certification (GCFA/GCIH preferred)
- Ability to work rotating on-call shifts
