Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security alerts using SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar)
- Investigate and respond to cybersecurity incidents during night shift
- Perform vulnerability scans and penetration testing
- Document security incidents and maintain compliance logs
- Collaborate with global security teams during cross-incident response
- Implement firewall and IDS/IPS configurations
- Conduct forensic analysis on compromised systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on security operations experience
- CompTIA Security+ or CISSP certification required
- Proficiency in threat intelligence platforms (Mandiant, Recorded Future)
- Experience with Windows/Linux system administration
- Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP)
- Ability to work independently during night shift (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Valid US government security clearance preferred
