Responsibilities

- Conduct A/B testing to refine prompt effectiveness
- Train stakeholders on prompt engineering methodologies

Qualifications
- 3+ years in prompt engineering or AI development
- Expertise in GPT-4, Claude, and proprietary LLMs
- Strong Python programming and API integration skills
- Proven track record of shipping production AI systems
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures
