Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases to identify software defects
- Document detailed bug reports using JIRA and defect-tracking tools
- Perform regression testing and verify fixes in Agile/Scrum environments
- Develop comprehensive test plans and test case documentation
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and cross-functional teams
- Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning ceremonies
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) for client deliverables
- Maintain and update test automation frameworks
Qualifications
- No prior QA/testing experience required (paid training provided)
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
