Responsibilities
- Monitor security systems and SIEM tools for real-time threat detection and incident response
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing across network infrastructures
- Develop and maintain security documentation including playbooks and compliance reports
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement security controls and best practices
- Analyze malware and attack patterns to strengthen preventive measures
- Lead security awareness training for cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years in security operations, threat analysis, or incident response roles
- CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or CEH certification required
- Proficiency in SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar) and IDS/IPS systems
- Experience with NIST frameworks and regulatory compliance (HIPAA, GDPR)
