Responsibilities
- Monitor security alerts and investigate potential incidents using provided SIEM tools
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing with company-provided hardware
- Implement and maintain security controls across networks and systems
- Develop incident response plans using company-licensed security software
- Collaborate with IT teams using provided forensic analysis equipment
- Document security policies and procedures using company-standardized platforms
- Stay current with threats using company-provided threat intelligence subscriptions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT Security, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on cybersecurity experience
- Strong knowledge of network security, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems
- Experience with SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar) and vulnerability scanners
- Relevant certifications (CISSP, CEH, Security+) preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
