We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Cybersecurity Analyst to join our direct-hire team. In this role, you will serve as the first line of defense for our organization, protecting sensitive data and ensuring business continuity.

Responsibilities
- Threat Detection & Analysis: Monitor security alerts via SIEM platforms (e.g., Splunk, QRadar) to identify, investigate, and respond to cybersecurity incidents.
- Incident Response Management: Lead the technical investigation of security breaches, conduct root cause analysis, and implement remediation strategies.
- Vulnerability Management: Conduct regular vulnerability scans, manage patches, and oversee penetration testing activities to minimize risk exposure.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure strict adherence to regulatory standards including PCI-DSS, NIST, and internal security policies.
- Security Architecture Support: Assist in the configuration and tuning of firewalls, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection systems.
Qualifications
- Certifications: Active CISSP, CEH, Security+, or GCIH certification is mandatory.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in cybersecurity, network security, or a Security Operations Center (SOC).
- Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VPNs, and familiarity with scripting languages (Python/Bash) is highly preferred.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills to articulate technical risks to non-technical stakeholders and leadership.
