Responsibilities
- Conduct 24/7 security monitoring using SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar) and correlate threat intelligence
- Lead incident response procedures including containment, eradication, and recovery
- Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on cloud infrastructure
- Develop and maintain security documentation (playbooks, runbooks, SOPs)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security controls
- Provide threat hunting and forensic analysis for advanced persistent threats
Qualifications
- 3+ years in cybersecurity roles with hands-on SIEM experience
- CompTIA Security+, CEH, or CISSP certification
- Proficiency in scripting (Python, PowerShell) and automation tools
- Strong understanding of NIST frameworks and compliance standards
- Experience with cloud security (AWS/Azure) and containerized environments
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends for coverage
