We are urgently hiring a skilled Cybersecurity Analyst to join our elite team in Charlotte, NC. In this critical role, you will be responsible for protecting our organization's information systems and data from cyber threats, attacks, and unauthorized access.

Responsibilities
- Threat Monitoring: Monitor security alerts and events using SIEM tools to detect and respond to potential cyber threats in real-time.
- Vulnerability Management: Conduct regular vulnerability scans, penetration tests, and risk assessments to identify security weaknesses.
- Incident Response: Lead the investigation and resolution of security incidents, including root cause analysis and post-incident reporting.
- Network Security: Configure, manage, and maintain firewalls, IDS/IPS, and VPNs to ensure secure network traffic.
- Policy Development: Develop, update, and enforce security policies, procedures, and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST).
- Security Awareness: Train employees on security best practices and phishing awareness to reduce human error.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity operations, SOC analysis, or a similar role.
- Certifications: CISSP, Security+, CEH, or GSEC are highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, networking protocols, and operating systems (Windows/Linux).
- Tools: Proficiency in SIEM tools (Splunk, Sentinel, or similar) and packet analyzers (Wireshark).
- Soft Skills: Excellent analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.
