Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security alerts using SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar)
- Conduct threat hunting and incident response for detected anomalies
- Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Develop and implement security controls and hardening procedures
- Generate executive-level security incident reports and dashboards
- Collaborate with IT teams to remediate security gaps
- Stay current on emerging threats and defensive techniques
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years in cybersecurity analysis or incident response
- CompTIA Security+ or CISSP certification required
- Proficiency in network security tools (Firewalls, IDS/IPS, EDR)
- Experience with threat intelligence platforms (Mandiant, Recorded Future)
- Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001)
- Ability to work rotating shifts for 24/7 operations
