Responsibilities
- Monitor, detect, and respond to security incidents using SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar)
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing across enterprise systems
- Analyze network traffic patterns to identify anomalies and potential breaches
- Develop and implement security protocols aligned with NIST and ISO 27001 frameworks
- Collaborate with IT teams to remediate vulnerabilities and harden infrastructure
- Generate detailed incident reports and executive security dashboards
- Stay current with emerging threats and threat intelligence sources
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity operations
- CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or CEH certification required
- Proficiency in SIEM platforms, firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet), and IDS/IPS
- Experience with threat hunting using MITRE ATT&CK framework
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux systems and network protocols
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to work under pressure during incidents
