Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security alerts using provided SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar)
- Conduct threat hunting and incident response investigations
- Implement and maintain network security controls (firewalls, IDS/IPS)
- Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Develop security documentation and compliance reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on security initiatives
- Stay updated on emerging threats via provided research tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on security operations experience
- Strong knowledge of NIST frameworks and compliance standards
- Proficiency in SIEM tools and network analysis
- Relevant certifications (CISSP, CEH, Security+)
- Experience with incident response protocols
