Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS or Azure.
- Utilize Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation to automate resource provisioning.
- Implement and monitor containerization strategies using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline software delivery.
- Ensure data security, compliance, and disaster recovery planning.
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot application performance issues.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Cloud Engineering, DevOps, or SRE.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- Strong proficiency in at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Expert knowledge of Linux systems and scripting languages (Python, Bash, or PowerShell).
- Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet).
- Understanding of network protocols and virtualization technologies.
- Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect) are highly preferred.
