Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS/Azure/GCP using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation)
- Optimize cloud environments for performance, security, and cost efficiency (FinOps best practices)
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions
- Automate cloud operations through scripting (Python/PowerShell/Bash) and orchestration tools
- Monitor and troubleshoot cloud systems using Prometheus, Grafana, and cloud-native logging
- Collaborate with security teams to implement cloud security frameworks (CIS Benchmarks, AWS Security Hub)
- Lead cloud migration projects and provide technical guidance to junior engineers
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering with hands-on implementation of AWS/Azure/GCP services
- Expertise in Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates)
- Strong proficiency in container orchestration (Kubernetes, EKS, AKS) and containerization (Docker)
- Experience with CI/CD pipeline implementation and DevOps toolchains
- Cloud security certifications (CCSP, AWS Security Specialty, or Azure Security Engineer)
- Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Python, PowerShell, or Bash)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong problem-solving skills with experience in incident response and root cause analysis
